37 minutes, slightly nagging shoulder pinch. fuck. maybe it's just because i finished pt on tuesday and didn't do the exercises on thursday. i will do them tomorow though.

sidenote: the super cute lifeguard that i have a crush on was there. he came over to say something to me, but what can you do when you're in the pool with earplugs in and he's the lifeguard?!
