was having a decent swim until idiot young woman got in the lane with me WITHOUT letting me know first. she just took off down the lane. i was pissed. her friend stood on the edge waiting for me to go, like nothing happened. i told her it wasn't cool that she hadn't warned me, and switched lanes.

but it interrupted my flow and i couldn't get ungrumpy. swam pretty hard for a few laps, then slow and gave up. 47 minutes. should have been 60. grump.

i just need to get to the pool earlier so i can use the other pool before the swim team shows up.
