45 minutes, mostly in 100s, couple of 200s. at least one 1:30 and 1:45. absolutely gorgeous day at Mounger noon-1pm. i might get a tan! slight right shoulder twinging but nothing major. ran out of time but it was about the right time to get out anyway. pt an hour later so didn't want to push it but i will probably find out tomorrow. finally feeling like i've turned the corner on the shoulder. must continue to stay careful.
